We have collaborated with Tempur since 2021, a brand known for its quality and iconic design. With a strong focus on consistency and efficiency across their retail network, the need for solutions that are easy to implement and reliable in execution is essential.
Our retail solutions are designed to meet those needs, easy to implement, cost-efficient, and built around simplicity at every step.
Our role is to ensure that displays are produced and delivered quickly and reliably. Through close dialogue with the client on estimated volumes, we are able to produce and warehouse items in advance, allowing us to respond with shorter lead times when needed.
This is made possible through strong collaboration with our suppliers, combined with seamless teamwork across our in-house production and warehouse teams. Together, it creates a setup built for speed, flexibility, and reliability.
For Tempur, this is especially important. Their sales representatives are responsible for installing displays in-store, which means timing is critical. Materials need to arrive exactly when expected, otherwise installations are delayed, impacting both store readiness and the sales team’s workflow.
Through our webshop solution, sales representatives can order display materials directly to the stores they support. This gives them full control over deliveries, making it easier to plan installations, avoid delays, and stay efficient in their day-to-day work.
